With more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare and human services, I bring a comprehensive understanding of Washington State’s long-term care regulatory environment, provider operations, and the challenges of delivering quality, person-centered care.
My professional background includes regulatory compliance, investigations, policy development, quality improvement, and statewide initiatives. Having worked across regulatory agencies and provider advocacy, I understand both the expectations of oversight agencies and the practical realities providers face every day.
I founded Above & Beyond Professional Services LLC to provide long-term care providers with knowledgeable, practical, and individualized support. My approach emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and solutions that balance regulatory requirements with the realities of daily operations. I believe effective guidance should do more than identify compliance concerns—it should help providers understand their responsibilities, strengthen their practices, and move forward with confidence.
